20. Morbid Angel: Covenant

The image shows a page from The Book of Ceremonial Magic by Arthur Edward Waite to the right, and a reproduction of The Pact Of Urbain Grandier on the left. Covenant was Morbid Angel's darkest, most occult and satanically themed album at least at the time of release. Fans of this kind of music at the time must have gotten really excited after seeing this cover. The prospect of listening to a band like Morbid Angel, put out songs written about such topics like grimoires and black magic would have surely left their mouths watering.
